Ondaplast’s entire production chain is vertically integrated and continuously monitored to ensure quality, hygiene, and safety in compliance with ISO 15593 standards. The two manufacturing plants, operating as mutual back-ups, guarantee operational continuity and supply reliability.

Hygiene and performance

Controlled-atmosphere cleanrooms with positive pressure, installed in each facility, ensure assembly and packaging operations in total absence of contamination Polypropylene packaging is ideal for ampoules, syringes, and vials. It is impermeable, inert, sterilizable (gamma irradiation and EtO), resistant to fungi and mold, and 100% recyclable.
